摘　　要：本文介绍一款在双针床单贾卡经编机上开发量产单丝公版鞋材的设计思路和编织工艺,着重对开发和量产过程中出现的质量问题准确定性,并对疵点形成机理进行深入分析。在此基础上,我们适当降低了坯布纵向密度,放松了单丝的进线编织张力,对沉降片的运动曲线进行了适当延时滞后调整。最终疵点完全消除解决,在短时间内完成重新大货量产,满足了客户对品质和交期的要求。该研究可对开发量产单丝类经编公版鞋材相关技术人员和保全提供一定帮助和指导。This paper introduces the design idea and knitting technology of the shoes knitted on the double needle bar single jacquard warp knitting machine by monofilament,focuses on the quality problems in the development and mass production,and also analyzes in-depth the defect formation mechanism.On this basis,the longitudinal density of the blank cloth is appropriately reduced,the incoming knitting tension of the single filament is relaxed,and the motion curve of sinker with a proper delay is adjusted.The final defects are completely eliminated and solved,and the mass production is completed in a short time,which can meet the requirements for quality and delivery period.This research can provide some reference and guidance to the technical personnel and preservation of shoe materials.
