摘  要:以竹笋壳为研究对象,采用超声波辅助碱氧一浴法提取竹笋壳纤维,以脱胶率、白度及断裂强度为指标,对碱氧一浴处理中氢氧化钠、过氧化氢用量及温度和时间等因素进行优化,并借助扫描电镜观察提取的竹笋壳纤维的微观结构。结果表明:温度为95℃、碱煮时间为2.5 h、氢氧化钠用量为18 g/L、过氧化氢用量为35 mL/L,此时纤维脱胶率为70.07%,白度为82.35%,断裂强度为2.84 cN/dtex。Taking bamboo shoot shell as the research object,bamboo shoot shell fiber was extracted by ultrasonic assisted alkali oxygen one bath method.Taking degumming rate,whiteness and breaking strength as indices,the amount of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide,temperature and time in alkali oxygen one bath treatment were optimized,and the microstructure of extracted bamboo shoot shell fiber was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that when the temperature is 95℃,the alkali boiling time is 2.5 h,the dosage of sodium hydroxide is 18 g/L and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 35 mL/L,the degumming rate of fiber is 70.07%,the whiteness is 82.35%and the breaking strength is 2.84 cN/dtex.
