摘 要:目的:探讨在联合教学方法的基础上,运用小班教学在医学影像学的教学效果。方法:运用实验对照方法,随机抽取4个班级学生作为试验组进行小班教学,另外10个班级学生作为对照组进行传统分班模式教学。两组均采用联合教学方法讲授医学影像学各章节内容。两组学生的理论课程采用LBL教学方法,见习课程联合采用TBL与CBL两种教学方法。试验组见习课程运用小班教学,将每个班级再细分为10个小组,每间教室容纳半个班级学生(5个小组);对照组见习课程按照原分班教学模式,每间教室容纳一个班级学生进行教学。学期结束后,通过比较两组学生的期末笔试成绩、阅片成绩以及平时成绩,评价两组学生的教学效果。结果:试验组学生的平时成绩、阅片成绩以及期末笔试成绩均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小班教学与联合教学方法的共同运用,能进一步增加学生的实践机会,在医学影像学教学中取得更好的教学效果。Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of combining small-class teaching with team-based learning(TBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in medical imaging practicum teaching.Methods:An experimental control method was used.Four classes were randomly selected as the experimental group for small-class teaching,while another ten classes were selected as the control group for traditional teaching in separate classes.Both groups were taught the chapters of medical imaging using a combined teaching approach.The theoretical courses for both groups used the lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method.For the practicum courses,both TBL and CBL teaching methods were used.In the experimental group,small-class teaching was applied by further dividing each class into ten small groups,with each classroom accommodating half of a class(5 small groups).In the control group,the practicum courses were taught according to the original separate class model,with each classroom accommodating one class for teaching.At the end of the semester,the teaching effectiveness of both groups was evaluated by comparing their final written exam scores,film reading scores,and regular assessment scores.Results:The regular assessment scores,film reading scores,and final writen exam scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group students,and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining small-class teaching with a combined teaching approach further increases students'practical opportunities and achieves better teaching results in medical imaging teaching.
