摘 要:目的:探索仿真头颅结合牙周病模型在住院医师规范化培训手工龈下刮治中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我科规培学员28人,分为试验组(n=14)和对照组(n=14),试验组在模型上练习龈下刮治,对照组未进行。采用技能考核表、调查问卷来评估教学质量。结果:试验组技能考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.01),90%以上的住培学员认为龈下刮治的练习有必要。结论:仿真头颅结合牙周病模型的应用有利于龈下刮治技能培训效果的提高。Objective:To explore the application effect of a simulated skull combined with a periodontal disease model in the training of manual subgingival scaling skills for standardized training of resident physicians.Methods:Twenty-eight standardized training residents were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=14)and a control group(n=14).The experimental group practiced subgingival scaling on the model,while the control group did not.The quality of teaching was assessed using a skill assessment sheet and a survey questionnaire.Results:The skill assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and over 90%of the standardized training residents believed that practicing subgingival scaling was necessary.Conclusion:The application of a simulated skull combined with a periodontal disease model is beneficial for improving the training effectiveness of subgingival scaling skills.
