跟骨骨折手术治疗的研究现状及展望

摘　　要：跟骨骨折是临床常见的足部损伤之一,多数由高处坠落或交通事故导致,通常为粉碎性骨折,预后差。由于跟骨骨折较复杂、致残率高、并发症多,其治疗方式已经不再局限于传统的骨折切开复位内固定,近年来扩展外侧入路、跗骨窦入路等入路及经皮复位内固定、关节镜辅助复位固定等微创手术逐渐流行,大大降低了术后并发症发生率及致残率。本文就近年国内外针对跟骨粉碎性骨折手术入路及内固定相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为跟骨骨折的治疗提供方法依据。Calcaneal fracture is one of the common foot injuries in clinic,mostly caused by falls from height or road traffic accidents.It is usually of comminuted type with poor prognosis.Because of the clinic features of complexity,high disability rate and frequent complications,the management of calcaneal fractures is no longer limited to traditional open reduction and internal fixation.Nowadays the extensile lateral approach,tarsi sinus approach and minimally invasive surgeries like percutaneous reduction and internal fixation,arthroscopy-assisted reduction and fixation are well adopted in clinic,which greatly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and disability.This article reviews the recent research progress on its surgical approaches and internal fixation strategies at home and abroad,in order to provide a method basis for the treatment of calcaneal fractures.
