摘　　要：总结邱云桥教授以柔肝法治疗慢性前列腺炎的经验。邱云桥教授认为,慢性前列腺炎可归属中医“精浊”范畴,其病机特点为本虚标实,病变与肝、脾、肾相关,其临床表现尤与肝之病变有关。参考“肝体阴而用阳”“肝为刚脏”等理论,结合该病病程较长、迁延难愈、易耗阴血之特点,临床多采用柔肝法治疗,方选芍药甘草汤加味。芍药甘草汤酸甘化阴,柔肝以熄风止痉、缓急止痛、解郁安神、育阴利水调生殖,临证时还应辅以清热、利湿、理气、活血、健脾、补肾等法,可获显效。This article summarized Professor QIU Yun-Qiao’s experience in treating chronic prostatitis with the method of softening liver.In the view of Professor QIU Yun-Qiao,chronic prostatitis can be classified as“turbid sperm”in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,its pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality,and the disease involves the liver,spleen and kidney.The clinical manifestations of chronic prostatitis are particularly related to the pathology of the liver.Guided by the theory of“the liver belonging to yin in essence and functioning as yang”and“the liver being the resolute viscus”,and taking the disease’s long duration,difficulty in healing,and tendency to deplete yin and blood into account,Professor QIU Yun-Qiao advocates the method of softening liver for treating chronic prostatitis by the flavored Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction(mainly composed of Paeoniae Radix Alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)is sweet and sour in flavor which produces yin fluid,and has the functions of softening the liver to extinguish wind and arrest convulsion,alleviating urgent symptoms and pain,resolving depression and calming mind,nourishing yin and inducing diuresis to regulate reproduction.In the clinical practice of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,herbs for clearing heat,draining dampness,regulating qi,activating blood,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney are assisted,which will result into satisfactory efficacy.
