摘　　要：周鹏教授认为癌因性疲乏区别于传统认知的虚劳,不仅形体大损,神气亦大伤。治疗上当以“调神固本”思想为指导,调气机以调神,补脾肾以固本,从形神上共治癌因性疲乏。临床上采用多维外治的治疗模式,具体以单纯针刺和精灸为治疗基础,辨证灵活选用浮针、耳针、刺络拔罐等外治法。临证选穴重视原穴、任督脉穴与足三阴经穴的配伍使用,共奏调神固本之功,可有效改善癌因性疲乏患者的疲乏症状。Professor ZHOU Peng believes that cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is different from the traditional perception of deficiency labour,in that not only is the body greatly injured,but the spirit is also greatly damaged.Treatment should be guided by the idea of“regulating mind and consolidating essence”,focus on promoting qi to regulate the spirit and nourishing the spleen and kidneys to consolidate the essence,so as to treat CRF from the perspective of body and spirit.In clinical practice,he adopts a multi-dimensional external treatment model,based on simple acupuncture and refined moxibustion,with flexible use of external treatments such as Fu’s subcutaneous needling,auricular acupuncture and cupping following collateral bloodletting.The use of the yuansource point,conception vessel(CV1),governor vessel(GV2)and the foot sanyin meridian points are used in combination,which can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of patients with CRF.
