治疗泌尿系结石专利中药复方的用药规律探讨

摘　　要：【目的】挖掘国家专利数据库中治疗泌尿系结石专利内服中药复方的用药规律。【方法】在“国家知识产权局”网站(http://www.cnipa.gov.cn/)中检索关于泌尿系结石的内服中药复方专利,将中药录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),统计药物频次,进行药物关联组合及关联规则分析,并提取核心药物组合和潜在的新方组合。【结果】共纳入308首处方,涉及443味中药。其中用药频次较高的中药为金钱草、鸡内金、海金沙、石韦、甘草、牛膝、滑石等;常用药物组合为“鸡内金,金钱草”“海金沙,金钱草”“鸡内金,海金沙”“石韦,金钱草”;高频药物关联规则为“车前子→金钱草”“石韦→金钱草”“滑石→金钱草”等;挖掘得到核心药物组合23个以及潜在新方组合8个。【结论】泌尿系结石的中药治疗以祛邪扶正、标本同治为原则,用药针对泌尿系结石的“湿、热、瘀、虚”的病机特点;祛邪以清热祛湿、利尿通淋、理气活血化瘀为法,扶正以补肾健脾、益气摄精为法。挖掘得到的新方组合可为泌尿系结石的临床用药及中药新方研发提供思路及方向。Objective To explore the medication rules of patented Chinese herbal compounds for oral use in treating urinary calculus by mining the national patent database.Methods The patents on Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for urinary calculus were retrieved from the website of China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA)website(http://www.cnipa.gov.cn/),and then the Chinese medicines of patented Chinese herbal compounds for oral use were input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS,V2.5)platform.Based on the platform,the drug frequencies were counted,drug association combinations and association rules were analyzed,and core drug combinations and potential new formulae were derived.Results A total of 308 prescriptions involving 443 drugs were included.Among the 443 drugs,the herbs with high medication frequency were Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum,Lygodii Spora,Pyrrosiae Folium,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Talcum,etc.The common drug combinations were Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum-Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,Lygodii Spora-Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum-Lygodii Spora,Pyrrosiae Folium-Desmodii Styracifolii Herba.The high-frequency drug association rules were Plantaginis Semen→Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,Pyrrosiae Folium→Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,Talcum→Desmodii Styracifolii Herba.A total of 23 core drug combinations and 8 potential new formulae were derived.Conclusion The Chinese medicine therapy for urinary calculus is based on the principle of eliminating pathogens and reinforcing healthy qi,and treating both of the symptoms and root cause of the disease simultaneously.The drug medication is indicated for the pathogenesis of“dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency”of urinary tract stones.Eliminating pathogens can be achieved by clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting urination and relieving strangury,regulating qi and activating blood;reinforcing healthy qi
