中医戒毒文献计量学分析

摘　　要：【目的】对近年来有关中医戒毒的文献进行文献计量学分析,以梳理中医戒毒的研究现状并探讨其热点,为今后该领域的相关研究提供参考。【方法】检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(Wanfang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中有关中医戒毒的文献,运用NoteExpress软件对筛选得到的文献进行文献计量学分析。【结果】共纳入文献976篇,其中期刊论文803篇,发表于317种期刊;880篇文献共涉及作者2933名,发文作者机构主要为中医高等教育院校;中医戒毒主要研究内容集中在中药、针灸推拿、证候与证素、健身气功等方面。【结论】现阶段有关中医戒毒的研究仍处于起步阶段,缺乏高质量的临床研究;今后需加强中医戒毒领域的基础理论和临床与实验研究,倡导以中药戒毒药为主的综合戒毒治疗。Objective To make a view of the current status of research on drug rehabilitation with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy and to explore its hotspots by conducting a bibliometric analysis of the literature on drug rehabilitation,and to provide references for future research in this field.Methods The literature on drug rehabilitation with TCM therapy was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Data),and China Biology Medicine Database(CBM),and then bibliometric analysis of the qualified literature was conducted by using NoteExpress software.Results A total of 976 articles were included in the analysis,and 803 articles were issued in 317 journals.Of the 976 articles,880 papers involved a total of 2933 authors,and the authors were mainly from the TCM higher education institutions.The hotspots of the research of drug rehabilitation with TCM therapy was focused on Chinese herbal medicine,acup-moxibustion and massage,TCM syndromes and syndrome elements,and health-care Qigong.Conclusion At present,research on drug rehabilitation with TCM therapy is still in its infancy,and the high-quality clinical research is rare.In the future research on drug rehabilitation with TCM therapy,study on basic theories and clinical and experimental research need to be strengthened,and a comprehensive drug rehabilitation therapy based on detoxification by Chinese herbal medicine is advocated.
