摘 要:为了研究GH4169合金板材长期服役过程中的组织稳定性,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了GH4169合金板材在600、650、700℃时效处理0~500 h过程中的晶粒尺寸变化与γ″相的粗化行为。经过仔细观察分析和定量测定后发现,在此温度区间内的长期时效过程中GH4169合金晶粒尺寸和δ相没有明显变化,γ″相产生了一定的粗化并且长轴与短轴的比显著增加。粗化规律符合LSW理论,γ″相平均直径的三次方与时效时间成正比,并使用修正的LSW理论获得了γ″相的粗化激活能为268.584 kJ/mol。In order to study the structural stability of GH4169 alloy sheet during long-term service,the grain size change andγ″phase coarsening behavior of GH4169 alloy sheet aged at 600,650 and 700℃for 0-500h were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.After careful observation,analysis and quantitative determination,it is found that the grain size andδphase of GH4169 alloy do not change significantly during the long-term aging process within this temperature range,butγ″phase has a certain degree of coarsening,and the ratio of major axis to minor axis increases significantly.The coarsening law conforms to the LSW theory.The cubic of the average diameter ofγ″phase is proportional to the aging time.Using the modified LSW theory,the coarsening activation energy ofγ″phase is 268.584k J/mol.
