摘  要:在链箅机-回转窑球团工艺中,结圈物侵蚀耐火材料问题是生产潜在隐患。基于年产120万t的链箅机-回转窑球团生产过程中出现的实际情况进行研究,分析结圈物侵蚀耐火材料的路径及机理。结果表明,结圈物中Fe_(2)O_(3)组分对耐火材料固溶矿化是其侵蚀的主要驱动力,并且Fe_(2)O_(3)微晶自由迁移渗透导致耐火材料侵蚀逐步加深;在回转窑喷吹煤粉模式下,整修开炉后失常含壳球团的生成归因于煤粉燃烧产生的低熔点粉煤灰;结合矿相组成分析和失常含壳球团的成因,得知粉煤灰是结圈物对耐火材料侵蚀行为的潜在参与者。研究结果可为回转窑结圈侵蚀控制与预防提供指导。In the grate-rotary kiln pelletizing process,the problem of ring-forming product erosion of refractory material is potential hazard in production.Based on the actual problems that occurred in the grate-rotary kiln process with an annual output of 1.2 million tons pellets,the path and mechanism of ring-forming product erosion of refractory material were analyzed.The results show that solid solution mineralization of refractory by Fe_(2)O_(3) component in the ring-forming product is the main driving force for its erosion.Moreover,the migration and infiltration of free Fe_(2)O_(3) microcrystals leads to the gradual deepening of refractory erosion.In the mode of pulverized coal injection in rotary kiln,the formation of abnormal pellets with outer shell after reparation and restart of the rotary kiln is attributed to the low melting point fly ash produced by pulverized coal combustion.Combined with the analysis of mineralogical composition and the cause of abnormal pellets with outer shell,it is known that fly ash is potential participant in the erosion behavior of ring-forming product on refractory material.The research results can provide guidance for control and prevention of ring-forming product erosion in rotary kiln.
