摘 要:为了探明预烧结时间和上下层厚度的分配等关键参数对双层预烧结工艺的影响,在实验室开展了双层预烧结技术的基础研究。结果表明,在总料层厚度和预烧结时间确定时,上层和下层料层厚度的分配决定了总烧结时间的变化。随着下层厚度的增加,总的烧结时间呈先缩短再延长的趋势,在上层厚度为350 mm、下层厚度为650 mm时总烧结时间最短;在上层和下层料层厚度确定时,随着预烧结时间的增加,烧结总时间呈先缩短后延长趋势,烧结利用系数随预烧结时间的增加则先增大后减小,转鼓强度随预烧结时间的增加保持增大趋势,适宜的预烧结时间应控制在10~12 min。在料层有两个燃烧带同时存在,抽风能力不足时,下层烧结矿含有大量骸晶结构,还伴有部分马蹄形状未完全还原成富氏体的磁铁矿颗粒出现,这表明存在燃烧不充分的现象。以上研究结果为双层预烧结新工艺的完善提供了基础指导。In order to investigate the influence of key parameters such as pre-sintering time and thickness distribution of upper and lower layers on double-layer pre-sintering process,basic research was carried out in the laboratory.The results show that when the thickness of total material layer and the pre-sintering time are determined,the distribution of upper layer and lower layer thickness determines the change of total sintering time.The total sintering time decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of lower layer thickness.And the total sintering time is the shortest when the thickness of upper layer is 350 mm and the thickness of lower layer is 650 mm.When the thicknesses of upper and lower layers are determined,the total sintering time decreases firstly and then increases,the utilization coefficient of sintering increases firstly and then decreases,drum strength increases,with the increase of pre-sintering time.The appropriate pre-sintering time should be controlled within 10-12 min.When two combustion zones exist in the material layer at the same time and the air pumping capacity is insufficient,the lower sinter contains a large amount of skeletons crystal structure,accompanied by some magnetite particles with horseshoe shape that is not completely reduced to wustite,this indicates that there is insufficient combustion.The above research results provide basic guidance for the improvement of the new process for double-layer pre-sintering.
