摘 要:在当前冷轧产品品种结构不断丰富的背景下,拓展冷轧机的板形控制能力具有重要意义。针对某钢厂产品规格拓展轧机正凸度提供能力不足、工作辊凸辊使用频率高的问题,提出将工作辊凸度转移到支撑辊上、支撑辊提供部分凸度、工作辊尽量采用平辊的思想,设计CVC、VCL、VCL+这3类支撑辊辊型,建立轧件辊系一体化模型并仿真对比新辊型与原辊型配置下轧机板形控制能力。结果表明,采用VCL140+支撑辊搭配工作辊平辊,可起到代替原支撑辊平辊搭配工作辊凸辊的效果,并可显著改善辊间接触压力的均匀性。新辊型上机应用后,超高强钢边浪板形发生率由33%降至4%,工作辊凸辊使用率由95%降至5%,机组弯辊和窜辊超限的问题得到彻底解决,支撑辊月平均过钢量从原12万t提高到15万t,生产效率得到显著提高。It is of great significance to expand flatness control ability of cold rolling mill in the context of continuous enrichment for current cold rolling products variety structure.In view of the problems on insufficient ability to provide positive crown of extended rolling mill and high frequency use of convex work roll in a steel plant,the idea of transferring work roll crown to backup roll,providing part of the crown by backup roll,and using flat roll as far as possible for work roll was put forward,and three types of backup roll profiles,CVC,VCL,VCL+,were designed.The integrated model of roll system was established,and the simulation comparison of control ability was made between new roll type and original roll type.The results show that VCL140+backup roll with flat work roll can replace original flat backup roll with convex work roll,and can significantly improve the uniformity of contact pressure between rolls.After the application of new roll type on the machine,the occurrence rate of edge wave plate shape for ultra-high strength steel is reduced from 33%to 4%,and the utilization rate of convex work roll is reduced from 95%to 5%.Over-limit problem of roll bending and shifting of the unit has been completely solved.The monthly steel throughput of backup roll has increased from 120000 t to 150000 t on average,and the production efficiency has been significantly improved.
