摘  要:双河油田高温油藏驱油用聚合物配液过程中,氧分子和硫化物共存环境导致聚合物黏度损失严重。在双河油田Ⅴ下层系油藏以及85℃条件下,考察了ZJ-2、1-3、2-3聚合物在不同氧和硫化物含量下的黏度、长期稳定性及驱油性能。结果表明:氧含量越高,聚合物黏度对硫含量增加越敏感,黏度损失越大。聚合物在硫和氧共存体系下的降黏作用集中在母液配制、井口稀释混配阶段,老化黏度影响相对较小,通过在分子链上引入抗硫单体可以减少聚合物的黏度损失,具备更高的驱油性能。优选聚合物1-3在矿场应用,聚合物母液、井口聚合物黏度较普通聚合物增加56%、89%,抗水质中硫化物、氧含量波动效果较稳定,取得了初步增油降水效果。In the process of polymer liquid preparation for high temperature reserviors in Shuanghe Oilfield,the coexistence of oxygen and sulfide causes a serious loss of polymer viscosity.The viscosity,long-term stabil⁃ity and oil displacement performance of ZJ-2,1-3 and 2-3 were investigated at 85℃under different oxygen and sulfide contents in the reservoir ofⅤlower layers in Shuanghe Oilfield.Results showed that the higher the oxygen content,the more sensitive the polymer viscosity was to the increase of sulfur content,and the greater the viscosity loss was.The viscosity reduction of polymer under the coexistence of sulfur and oxygen was main⁃ly concentrated in the mother liquor preparation and wellhead dilution and mixing stage,the effect of aging vis⁃cosity was relatively small.The introduction of anti-sulfur monomer into the polymer molecular chain reduced the viscosity loss,and had better oil displacement performance.In the process of field application,the viscosi⁃ty of the mother liquor and wellhead of the preferred polymer 1-3 increased by 56%and 89%compared with the common polymer,which showed better efficiency of resisting the fluctuation of sulfide and oxygen content,and the preliminary oil increasing and water decreasing results were obtained.
