低界面张力起泡剂的泡沫性能、油水界面活性及堵水驱油性能

摘　　要：采用Teclis泡沫扫描仪以及TX-500C型旋转滴界面张力仪测试了3种低界面张力起泡剂的泡沫性能和油水界面活性,并对优选的起泡剂进行了驱油试验。结果表明:AUDB型起泡剂的综合泡沫性能以及油水界面活性最优,其在质量分数为0.16%时的起泡体积达122 mL、半衰期达106 min、泡沫综合指数达9 762 mL·min、油水界面张力达0.013 7 mN/m;AUDB型起泡剂具有良好的封堵能力以及洗油能力,向岩心注入0.3 PV的AUDB型起泡剂后,其含水率下降了24.8%,采收率提高了10.4%。The foaming properties and oil-water interface activity of three low interfacial tension foamers were tested using the Teclis foam scanner and TX-500C rotary drop interfacial tension meter,and a preferred foam⁃ing agent was tested for oil displacement.Results showed that the foam properties of AUDB foaming agent and the oil-water interface activity were optimal.The foaming volume of AUDB foaming agent was 122 mL when the mass concentration fraction was 0.16%,the half-life was 106 min,and the foam composite index was 9762 mL·min.The oil-water interface tension was 0.0137 mN/m.AUDB type foaming agent had good sealing ability and oil washing ability.After injecting 0.3 PV AUDB type foaming agent into the core,the water content decreased by 24.8%and the recovery rate increased by 10.4%.
