摘  要:针对江苏油田“低渗、低产”油气藏钻井投资高的问题,小井眼钻井可节约投资,但其对钻井液性能要求高。通过对水基钻井液核心处理剂优选,研制出一种适合小井眼钻探要求的高性能水基钻井液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:该体系配方悬浮携岩性能强、润滑性优良,润滑系数仅0.078,防塌抑制性强,页岩膨胀率<20%,储层保护效果好,渗透率恢复值>78%。经现场应用证明,该体系易转化维护,定向段携岩好,返出岩屑颗粒较大、完整度好,钻进中无垮塌掉块,机械钻速高,符合小井眼钻井液性能要求。本研究成果可为东部油田低成本的小井眼钻井提供钻井液技术支持。In order to save investment,it is difficult to maintain and treat drilling fluid when drilling with narrow hole in Jiangsu oil field.It is an important way for decreasing the drilling cost,but small hole drilling requires high performance of drilling fluid.By optimizing the core treatment agent of water-based drlling fluid,a high-performance water-based drilling fluid system suitable for small hole drilling requirements was carried out,and its comprehensive performance is evaluated.Results showed that the formula of this system had good sand carrying property,excellent lubricity,lubrication coefficient was only O.078,anti-collapse-sealing performance,the shale expansion rate was less than 20%,the reservoir protection effect was good,the permeability recovery value was greater than 78%.After the application,the system was easy to transform and maintain,the section was good,and the back of the rock chips was large,the integrity was good,and there was no collapse in the drill,high mechanical drilling rate.The reservoir protection effect was good and met the performance requirements of thin hole drilling fluid,providing technical support for low cost of slim hole drilling in eastern oil field.
