摘  要:针对页岩气钻探中常规水基钻井液易发生渗漏、易造成井壁不稳定等问题,从强化页岩气井水基钻井液流变封堵性能出发,研究了纳米材料对水基钻井液流变性、滤失性和抗温性的影响。优选4种纳米材料,通过实验研究对纳米材料种类、膨润土加入量以及纳米材料加入量进行了优选,确定钻井液加效材料为Al2O3,质量浓度为0.8%,在室内评价了纳米材料改性钻井液和常规水基钻井液的流变性、抗温性能以及滤失性的差异。结果表明:添加纳米材料后,钻井液的表观黏度提升了8.8%,塑性黏度提升了18.2%;在120℃、3.5 MPa高温高压条件下,其失水量远小于水基钻井液,抗温性能和滤失性能有了显著提升。The effects of nanomaterials on rheological properties,fluid loss and temperature resistance of water-based drilling fluid were studied in order to strengthen the rheological sealing performance of water-based drlling fluid in shale gas wells,aiming at the problems such as easy seepage and instability of conventional water-based drlling fluid in shale gas wells.Four nanomaterials were selected,the types of nanomaterials,the amount of soil slurry added and the amount of nanomaterials added were analyzed through the experimental study.The additive material of drilling fluid was determined to be Al,O3,and the mass concentration was 0.8%.Finally,the rheological properties,temperature resistance and filtration properties of the nanomaterial modified drilling fluid and the conventional water-based drilling fluid were evaluated in the laboratory.Results showed that the apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity of drilling fluid increased by 8.8%and 18.2%,respectively,after the addition of nanomaterials.Under the conditions of 120 C and 3.5 MPa,the water loss at high temperature and high pressure was much less than that before strengthening,and the temperature resistance and filtration performance of drilling fluid had been significantly improved.
