摘  要:通过对一起高压变频器多个功率单元严重烧损故障的原因分析,指出了系统设计上存在的缺陷,提出了增加接地故障检测、提高绝缘水平、增加自动切换功能等有效对策,提高了变频系统的保护功能,为发电机组辅机高压变频系统可靠运行提供了有力支撑。By analyzing the cause of a serious burnout failure of multiple power units of a high-voltage frequency converter,the defects in system design were pointed out,and effective countermeasures such as increasing ground fault detection,improving insulation level,and adding automatic switching function were proposed to improve the protection function of the inverter system,which provided a strong support for the reliability of the high-voltage inverter system of auxiliary engines of the generator set.
