摘　　要：某钢厂煤气站离心式鼓风机辅助油泵频繁出现泵体密封件和齿轮轴颈漏油现象。为解决该问题,对齿轮油泵本体、齿轮轴以及密封件等部位漏油展开原因分析,提出了油泵本体和齿轮轴加工精度、使用工况以及密封件选型、装配等改进措施。Oil leaks from pump seals and gear journals frequently occurred in a centrifugal blower auxiliary oil pump at a steel plant's gas station.In order to solve this problem,the paper analyzes the causes of oil leakage in the gear oil pump,gear shaft and seals,then puts forward improvement measures from aspects such as machining accuracy of the oil pump and gear shaft,working conditions,and seal selection and assembly.
