摘  要:某制氧车间4套KDON-21 000/22 000型空分装置由于长期运行,机组运行单耗逐渐升高,运行工况恶化,影响产品质量。分析了影响空分设备分离效果的因素,确定了空分塔优化设计方案,对下塔筛板规整填料换型改造,优化仪表管路,更新换热器,合理布置管道支架,并对塔体进行纠偏作业。机组升级改造完成后,产品产量、质量得到了提升,节能效果明显。Four sets of KDON-21 000/22 000 air separation units in an oxygen workshop had been operating for a long time,the unit consumption was gradually increasing,and the operating conditions were deteriorating,affecting the quality of the products.This article analyzes the factors affecting the separation effect of air separation equipment,determines the optimization design scheme of the air separation tower,which is changing the gauge packing type of the lower tower's sieve plate,optimizing the instrument pipeline,updating the heat exchanger,rationalizing the arrangement of pipeline supports,and performing corrective work on the tower.After the completion of the upgrading,the product quantity and quality both have been improved,and the energy saving effect is obvious.
