摘  要:某电厂超临界机组锅炉垂直水冷壁管短期内连续两次发生爆管泄漏,且两次泄漏均发生在同一根管的同一位置,在锅炉受热面泄漏事故中较为少见。针对两次泄漏的原因进行了分析,并通过试验的方法,证实由于换管时焊口封堵塞纸不规范可能造成管子堵塞而过热爆管,并提出了预控措施。A power plant supercritical unit boiler vertical water-cooled wall tubes had two tube bursting leakages within a short period of time,and the two leaks occurred in the same location on tube,which is relatively rare in the boiler heating surface leakage accidents.The reasons for the two leakages were analyzed,and the test confirmed that it was caused by the irregularity of the weld sealing paper during the replacement of the tube,which may cause the tube to be clogged and overheat,resulting tube bursting.Finally,the pre-control measures were proposed.
