补水稳压装置在高炉本体闭路水系统的实践应用

摘　　要：介绍了某钢厂3 000 m^(3)高炉本体闭路水系统,运用了补水稳压装置,根据高炉本体膨胀罐液位设定,补水稳压装置自动对系统进行补水,先是泵站稳压罐对系统进行补水,当稳压罐液位降低到设定值时,稳压泵再自动开启对系统进行补水。该装置应用后,炉本体闭路水系统自动补水时压力平稳,保证了高炉本体冷却水系统稳定运行。The closed-circuit water system of a 3 000 m^(3) blast furnace with a water replenishment and pressure stabilizing device in a steel plant is introduced.According to the expansion tank level setting of the blast furnace,the system can be automatically replenished,first by the pumping station stabilizer tank.When the level of the stabilizer tank is reduced to the set value,the stabilizer pump is automatically turned on for system replenishment.After the application of this device,the pressure of furnace closed-circuit water system is stable,which ensures the operation of blast furnace cooling water system.
