摘  要:对某电厂间接空冷系统出现的设备腐蚀、循环水品质差等问题进行了深入的研究分析。综合比较同类型间冷循环水系统已实施水质控制方案的优缺点,提出了混床旁流处理工艺在间冷循环水系统应用的方案。按照方案要求将现有凝液处理系统进行了技术改造,利用其对间冷循环水进行旁流净化处理。解决了间冷循环水品质差对系统铝材质腐蚀的安全隐患,有效地将间冷水水质控制在标准范围内,保证了机组长期安全稳定运行。The problems of equipment corrosion and poor quality of circulating water occurring in the indirect air-cooled system of a power plant were studied and analyzed in depth.The advantages and disadvantages of the implemented water quality control programs for the same type of intercooled circulating water system are compared,and a scheme for the application of mixed-bed bypass treatment process in intercooled circulating water system is proposed.In accordance with the requirements of the program,the existing condensate treatment system has been technically modified and utilized to carry out bypass purification treatment of intercooling circulating water.It has solved the potential safety problem of poor quality of intercooling circulating water that might corrode the aluminum material of the system,which effectively controlled the quality of intercooling water within the standard range,and ensured the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit.
