摘 要:以粉末压片制样,研究确定制样条件,选择仪器最佳参数,并绘制标准工作曲线,建立X射线荧光光谱法测定混匀矿中TFe含量的检测方法(TFe的测定范围为52.0%~67.0%)。将本方法的测定结果与化学分析方法相比较,实际使用结果表明,用该方法测定混匀矿中全铁含量,测量准确度、精密度较好,所得分析结果与化学分析结果一致,能满足生产检验要求。Pressed powder pellet sample were prepared to determine sampling conditions,select the optimal parameters of the instrument,and plot the standard working curve to establish a detection method for the determination of TFe content in mixed ores by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(the range of TFe was 52.0%~67.0%).The results of this method were compared with the chemical analysis method.The practice results showed that,the accuracy and precision are better when it comes to determine the total iron content in the mixed ore,and the obtained analytical results are consistent with the results of chemical analysis,which can meet the requirements of the production inspection.
