摘 要:选用锡囊+镍篮作为助熔剂,通过优化氧氮分析仪的工作条件,建立了脉冲加热惰气熔融-热导法测定微氮合金中氮含量的检测方法。采用与试样基体含量相近的氮化锰铁和氮化硅铁标准样品绘制氮的校准曲线,氮元素校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9992。试验方法用于微氮合金实际样品的测定,氮元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)在0.53%~0.97%,平均回收率在98.7%-101.5%之间。试验结果表明该方法具有较好的精密度和准确度,能够满足常规生产检验的分析要求。Tin capsule with nickel basket was selected as flux,and a detection method for the determination of nitrogen content in micro-nitrogen alloys by pulse heating inert gas melting-thermal conductivity method was established via optimizing the working conditions of the oxygen-nitrogen analyzer.The calibration curve of nitrogen was plotted using the standard samples of ferromanganese nitride and ferrosilicon nitride with similar matrix content of the specimen,and the linear correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of elemental nitrogen was 0.9992.The experimental method was used for the determination of the actual samples of the micro-nitrogen alloys,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=10) of the results of the elemental nitrogen determinations were in the range of 0.53%~0.97%,and the average recoveries were between 98.7%-101.5%.The experimental results showed that the method has good precision and accuracy,which can meet the analytical requirements of routine production inspection.
