浅谈锌试剂法测定铜含量工作曲线稳定性影响因素

摘　　要：针对锌试剂法测定水汽系统中铜含量工作曲线绘制过程中出现的溶液结晶、显色液褪色、曲线绘制完成时间过长及相关系数差等情况,采用30℃恒温水浴加热,防止溶液结晶,通过理论计算及定体积加液的方式进行显色和定容操作,缩短了操作时长并防止显色液褪色,提高了工作曲线绘制效率,改善了工作曲线的相关系数。With regard to the crystallization of the solution,discoloration of the colordeveloping solution,excessive time for the completion of the curve and poor correlation coefficient in the process of plotting the working curve for the determination of copper in water vapor system by zincon spectrophotometry,the solution was to heat it up by a thermostatic bath at a temperature of 30 ℃ to prevent the solution from crystallizing,and the operation of the color-developing and volume-setting was carried out by theoretical calculations and constant-volume addition of the liquid,which shortened the operation time and prevented discoloration of the color-developing solution,improved the efficiency of the plotting of working curves and the correlation coefficients of the working curves.
