摘　　要：为解决因烧结机区域空间狭小无法安装余热回收利用设备的难题,宁波钢铁有限公司通过采用上置式环冷机余热锅炉系统,将余热锅炉直接布置在环冷机高温段烟罩上部,节省了设备安装空间,缩短了烟气循环管路,降低了烟气余热损失和烟气管路阻力损失。同时对环冷机进行密封改造,减少系统漏风,提高了烟气余热回收量,实现了2#烧结机环冷机的余热回收利用,取得了显著经济效益和社会效益。In order to solve the problem of not being able to install waste heat recycling equipment due to the narrow space in the sintering machine area,Ningbo Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.adopts the upper waste heat boiler system on circular cooler,which is arranging the waste heat boiler directly in the upper part of the fume hood of the high temperature section of the circular cooler,so as to save the space for the installation of the equipment,shorten the flue gas circulating pipeline,and reduce the loss of waste heat of the flue gas and the loss of flue gas pipeline resistance.At the same time,the sealing modification of the circular cooler reduces the air leakage of the system,realizes the waste heat recovery and utilization of the circular cooler of No.2 sintering machine,that achieves significant economic and social benefits.
