摘　　要：在大食物观背景下,生猪稳产保供是保障食物安全的重要基础,直接关系居民生活。我国生猪市场供不应求或供过于求,导致价格异常波动,形成“猪周期”,影响生猪产业持续健康发展。美国、加拿大、丹麦、德国等生猪养殖强国利用新技术培育生猪优良品种,实施规模化、专业化和规范化生猪养殖,实现生猪养殖业稳定发展。我国可借鉴生猪养殖强国的经验,结合实际制定生猪产业政策,促进生猪产业的稳定发展,推动我国由生猪产业大国向强国的升级。Under the background of the big food concept,the stable production and supply of pigs is the important basis for ensuring food safety,which is directly related to the lives of residents.Pig market in China is in short supply or oversupply,and the price fluctuates abnormally,forming the“pig cycle”and affecting the sustainable and healthy development of pig industry.The United States,Canada,Denmark,Germany and other pig breeding powers use new technologies to cultivate the excellent varieties of pigs,implement the large-scale,specialized and standardized pig breeding,and realize the stable development of pig breeding industry.Combined with the actual formulation of pig industry policy,China can learn from the experience of pig breeding powers,accelerate the stable development of pig industry,and promote China’s transformation from a big pig raising country to a strong pig raising country.
