摘  要:依据白龙尾海洋站和涠洲岛海洋站多年分方向年极值风速和波浪资料,通过分析比较后确定钦州湾外海深水处的设计波浪要素。采用波浪折射绕射传播变形的抛物型缓坡方程,综合考虑波浪破碎、底摩阻损耗和风能输入、波浪非线性等因素影响,对钦州港工程海域波浪场进行推算,分别考虑波浪重现期为50 a一遇、25 a一遇和2 a一遇与3种水位(极端高水位、设计高水位、设计低水位)的组合。根据钦州港总体规划方案平面布置,计算了各港区特征点位置的波浪要素,分析了不同方案陆域形成后各港区的波浪变化,为钦州港港口总体规划提供科学依据,为后续规划设计提供相关波浪参数。In this paper,the deep-water design wave parameters at Qinzhou Bay were determined based on the analysis and comparison of multi-year annual extreme wind speed and wave data in different directions from Bailongwei ocean station and Weizhou island ocean station.The wave field was calculated using the parabolic slow slope equation of wave refraction and propagation deformation,including the effects of wave breaking,bottom friction loss,wind energy input and wave nonlinearity.The combination effect of wave return periods of 50-year,25-year and 2-year and three design water levels(extreme high water level,design high water level,and design low water level)were considered.Based on the layout of Qinzhou port master plan,the wave parameters at particular locations of each port area were calculated.Wave changes after land reclamation of different plans were analyzed.The calculation results provide scientific basis for Qinzhou port master plan and design wave parameters for subsequent planning and design.
