摘 要:为研究钢筋混凝土沉管管节在浮态浇筑系泊施工时的稳定性与安全性,对管节建立了仿真模型,并应用势流理论和水动力分析软件AQWA进行了模拟。研究设置两期浇筑模型及4种系泊方案,模拟计算施工的不同阶段在风-浪-流荷载耦合作用下、潮位变化时管节在6个自由度上的运动响应和缆绳张力。结果表明:在浮态浇筑施工中,位移与摇动主要发生在平行于流速方向的纵荡、平行于风向的横荡和以流速方向为轴的艏摇,纵荡的震荡幅度最大。拟定4种系泊方案中,采用六点系泊法的方案三与方案四在模型运动响应中表现较佳,其中包含12条缆绳的方案四可以显著降低管节的运动幅值,施工后期缆绳张力分布更加均匀,未超过安全张力范围,符合工程安全要求,是最佳系缆方式。In order to study the stability and safety of reinforced concrete immersed pipe joints during floating casting mooring construction,a simulation model of reinforced concrete immersed pipe joints was established,and the potential flow theory and hydrodynamic analysis software AQWA were used for simulation.A two-stage casting model and four mooring schemes were studied and defined,and the motion response of pipe joints and the tension of the cable at six degrees of freedom were simulated and calculated at different stages of construction under the coupled action of wind-wave-current loads and tidal level changes.The results show that during the floating casting construction,the displacement and shaking mainly occur in the surge parallel to the flow direction,the sway parallel to the wind direction and the yaw with the flow direction as the axis,and the oscillation amplitude of the surge is the largest.Among the four proposed mooring schemes,scheme 3 and scheme 4,employing the six-point mooring method,exhibit superior motion response.Scheme 4,which includes 12 cables,effectively reduces the motion amplitude of the pipe section,and the cables in the later stage of construction can be significantly reduced.The tension distribution is more uniform,falling within the safe tension range,thus meeting the engineering safety requirements.Therefore,scheme 4 is the optimal mooring method.
