摘  要:针对当前船闸在运维管理过程中存在实时性与直观性不足的问题,建立一种新的基于数字孪生的船闸信息管理方法。运用BIM技术与WebGL技术,提出船闸三维数字信息化场景构建方法。通过分析船闸多源化异构数据实体关系,构建船闸多源异构数据库。基于建立的三维模型场景与多源异构数据库,制定一种三维虚拟仿真场景与多源异构数据库相互调用机制,基于B/S架构,研发基于数字孪生体的船闸BIM数字档案管理平台,实现船闸全景漫游、空间网格管理、档案信息查看、实时仿真互动等功能,为船闸运维管理的数字化、网络化与智能化提供技术支持,提升船闸管理水平。Considering the lack of real-time and intuitiveness in the current ship lock operation and maintenance management process,this paper established an information management method based on digital twin technology.Firstly,BIM technology and WebGL technology were used to propose a method for constructing a 3D digital information scene of the ship lock.Then,for constructing the ship lock multi-source heterogeneous database,a method was proposed by analyzing the entity-relationship of the ship lock multi-source heterogeneous data.Thirdly,based on the established 3D model scene and multi-source heterogeneous database,a mechanism for mutual calling between 3D virtual simulation scene and multi-source heterogeneous database was constructed.Finally,based on the B/S architecture,the ship lock BIM digital archive management platform was developed to realize the ship lock panoramic roaming,spatial grid management,archive information viewing,real-time simulation interaction,and other functions.The platform can provide technical support for the digitization,networking,and intelligence of ship lock operation and maintenance management,and improve the level of ship lock management.
