摘  要:隧洞二衬混凝土的早期强度、耐久性与浇筑完成后的养护条件关系密切,衬砌完成后的养护不到位极易造成裂缝、掉块等质量缺陷。尤其是在低温及雨水多发季节,复杂的隧洞施工环境使二衬混凝土施工及养护难度增加。在工程施工进度受限、施工条件复杂、工期紧任务重的情况下,养护条件直接影响到二衬混凝土早期强度,关系到循环作业时效,进而直接影响工程施工进度。旨在探究不同养护工艺对隧洞二衬混凝土早期性能的影响,研究采用了蒸汽养护方法减少混凝土早期养护时间,进而加快隧洞混凝土施工进度。The early strength and durability of the second lining concrete of the tunnel are closely related to the maintenance condition after the completion of the pouring,and the maintenance is not in place after the completion of the lining is easy to cause cracks,falling blocks and other quality defects.Especially in the low temperature and rainy season,the complex construction environment of the tunnel makes the construction and maintenance of the two-lined concrete more difficult.In the case of limited construction progress,complex construction conditions,tight construction period and heavy tasks,the curing conditions directly affect the early strength of the secondary lining concrete,related to the cycle operation time,and then directly affect the project construction progress.This paper aims to explore the influence of different curing systems on the early performance of tunnel secondary lining concrete,explore the use of steam curing method to reduce the early curing time of concrete,and then accelerate the progress of tunnel concrete construction.
