摘 要:空气制动系统作为电力机车当中最为关键的系统内容,在电力机车运行的过程中,因为启停较为频繁,所以对电力机车的牵引制动性能要求非常高,并且空气制动系统在运行时,存在一定的空走时间,这就使空气制动系统的运行会存在一定程度的延迟,从而埋下安全隐患。为达到空气制动目标、确保电力机车的稳定安全运行,本文借助案例分析的方式,通过对某城际轨道电力列车进行调查分析,对电力机车空气制动系统技改相关内容进行研究,总结出电力机车空气制动系统技术的改进优化方法,为我国轨道列车领域的发展提供一定借鉴。As the most critical system content in electric locomotives,the air braking system has high requirements for the traction and braking performance of electric locomotives due to frequent starting and stopping.Moreover,there is a certain amount of idle time during the operation of the air braking system,which leads to a certain degree of delay in the operation of the air braking system,thus burying safety hazards.In order to achieve the goal of air braking and ensure the stable and safe operation of electric locomotives,this article uses case analysis to investigate and analyze a certain intercity rail electric train.The relevant content of the technical transformation of the electric locomotive air braking system is studied,and the improvement and optimization methods of the electric locomotive air braking system technology are summarized,providing a certain reference for the development of China’s rail train industry.
