摘　　要：风电的良好发展是实现中国“双碳”目标的重要路径。自国家实施“十四五”规划以来,风力发电行业也随着可再生能源快速发展而蓬勃起飞。在这种背景下,做好行业的情报信息收集与研究工作就显得尤为重要。分上下两部分,本篇为上部。首先,对可再生能源(风力发电)快速发展背景以及竞争情报系统进行了简述;其次,介绍了竞争情报的基本概念;之后,阐述了通过建立竞争情报系统,以进行专业的行业竞争情报信息收集与研究;最后,对上部进行了总结。在风力发电行业快速发展的当下,如何合理增强公司专业的行业情报信息收集与研究能力,为企业高质量可持续性发展提供决策支撑是一个重要课题,期望该研究能够为此提供参考。The good development of wind power is an important path to achieve China's"dual carbon"goals.Since the implementation of the 14th Five Year Plan by the country,the wind power industry has also flourished with the rapid development of renewable energy.In this context,it is particularly important to do a good job in collecting and researching industry intelligence information.This paper is divided into two parts,the upper part.Firstly,a brief introduction was given to the background of the rapid development of renewable energy(wind power)and the competitive intelligence system;Secondly,the basic concepts of competitive intelligence were introduced;Afterwards,it was elaborated on the establishment of a competitive intelligence system for professional industry competitive intelligence information collection and research;Finally,a summary was provided for the upper part.In the current rapid development of the wind power generation industry,how to reasonably enhance the company's professional industry intelligence information collection and research capabilities,and provide decision-making support for high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises,is an important problem.Hoping this research can provide reference for it..
