广州市历史老校升级改造项目研究

摘　　要：在二十世纪初,大量侨民回流广州捐资建造了一批中小学校,如今部分校园已逾百年历史,校内不少建筑已年久失修,但由于旧城区土地紧张造成校园难以进行扩建,因此学位不足的问题异常突出。为盘活和修复此类校园,重新对历史建筑进行利用以增加学位供应,以荔湾区美华中学为研究对象,通过重塑校园交通流线、复原校园建筑立面、补齐校园功能设施和对校内历史建筑进行保护性修复等几大策略,对美华中学校园进行整体性梳理,提出科学的可行性方案,为广州市内一批历史老校的升级改造提供参考和研究案例。At the beginning of the 20th century,a large number of overseas Chinese returned to Guangzhou to donate funds to build a batch of primary and secondary schools.Some campuses have a history of over a hundred years,and many buildings on the campus have been in disrepair for a long time.However,due to the shortage of land in the old urban area,it is difficult to expand the campus,resulting in the problem of insufficient degrees.In order to revitalize and restore such campuses and increase the supply of academic degrees through the reuse of historical buildings,Meihua Middle School in Liwan District is taken as the research object.Through several strategies such as reshaping the campus traffic flow line,restoring the campus building facade,supplementing the campus functional facilities,and carrying out protective restoration of historical buildings on campus,a comprehensive review of the campus of Meihua Middle School is carried out,and a scientific and feasible plan is proposed,Provide reference and research cases for the upgrading and renovation of a group of historical old schools in Guangzhou.
