摘 要:风电铸件作为风力发电机组的核心组成部分,其质量对机组的性能和可靠性具有重要影响,而球墨铸铁以其卓越的机械性能逐渐成为风电领域的重要材料。为了探讨风电铸件检验方法及其在球墨铸铁材料上的应用,首先分析了风电铸件质量控制的关键要素,包括尺寸、外观和金属组织等方面。随后,研究探讨了不同铸件检验技术在风电铸件检验中的应用,涉及尺寸检验、表面质量检验、无损检测技术,如超声波、X射线和磁粉检测等方法。此外,本研究还重点关注了风电铸件在球墨铸铁材料上的实践,探讨了球墨铸铁材料的特殊性质,考察了球墨铸铁材料在风电领域关键部件如轮毂、主轴、轴承座上的应用,以供相关人员借鉴参考。As a core component of wind turbines,the quality of wind turbine castings has a significant impact on the performance and reliability of the units,and ductile iron has gradually become an important material in the wind power field due to its excellent mechanical properties.In order to explore the inspection methods for wind power castings and their application in ductile iron materials,the key elements of quality control for wind power castings were first analyzed,including dimensions,appearance,and metal structure.Subsequently,the study explored the application of different casting inspection techniques in wind power casting inspection,including dimensional inspection,surface quality inspection,non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasonic,X-ray,and magnetic particle testing.In addition,this study also focuses on the practice of wind power castings on ductile iron materials,explores the special properties of ductile iron materials,and examines the application of ductile iron materials in key components such as wheels,spindles,and bearing seats in the wind power field,for reference and reference by relevant personnel.
