摘　　要：习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是马克思主义法治理论与中国法治实践和中华优秀传统法律文化相结合的理论结晶,是新时代全面依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南,对中华优秀传统法律文化创造性转化、创新性发展作出了突出贡献。其中,“两个结合”是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的核心要义,生动体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在不断创新发展中闪耀的思想光芒。习近平法治思想的生动实践体现在开启全面依法治国新时代、开辟中国特色社会主义法治道路、完善中国特色社会主义法治体系以及构建中国自主法学知识体系等多个方面。习近平法治思想发扬了伟大的历史主动精神,为人类法治文明进步贡献了中国智慧,具有重大世界意义。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,as the important part of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,the theoretical crystallization of the combination between practices of Chinese rule of law and the fine traditional legal Chinese culture,and the fundamental compliance and action directives to the law-based governance on all fronts in the new era,has made an outstanding contribution to the creative transformation and innovative development of the fine traditional legal Chinese culture.In essence,the"two combinations"is the core principle of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,vividly demonstrating the shining radiance of thought in the continuing creative development of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The vivid practices of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law are embodied in initiating new times of lawbased governance on all fronts,carving out the way of rule of law on socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the system of rule of law on socialism with Chinese characteristics,and constructing China's independent legal knowledge system,etc..Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has carried forward the great historical initiative spirits,and made contributions of Chinese wisdom to the progress of the civilization of human rule of law,which is of great significance in the world.
