摘  要:合成了一种高分子乙酸乙烯酯乳液的阻化剂,使用正交试验方法确定了最优合成条件。以某煤业集团煤样为原料,进行阻化效果实验,利用煤自燃倾向性测定和程序升温-气相色谱联用技术对阻化效果进行了分析。结果显示,乳液阻化剂延迟了煤样自燃发火期,提高了煤自燃发火的温度,阻化率达到40.6%,阻化剂稀释2~4倍后可以进一步延长煤自燃发火期,稀释4倍后阻化率可以提高到43.2%。A polymer vinyl acetate emulsion inhibitor was synthesized,and the optimal synthesis conditions were determined by orthogonal test.Coal sample was used as raw material to carry out the inhibition effect experiment,and the inhibition effect was analyzed by the determination of coal spontaneous combustion tendency and the combined technology of programmed temperature rise and gas chromatography.The results showed that the emulsion inhibitor delayed the spontaneous combustion period of coal samples,increased the temperature of spontaneous combustion of coal,and the inhibition rate reached 40.6%.The spontaneous combustion period of coal could be further extended after the inhibitor was diluted 2-4 times,and the inhibition rate could be increase to 43.2%after the inhibitor was diluted 4 times.
