摘　　要：介绍了云南大为制氨有限公司Shell煤气化装置长周期运行实施技术改造具体措施,提出了稳定煤质、炉温判断依据、烧嘴罩及“十字架”吹灰器改造等方法。The main factors affecting the long-term operation of Sheu coal gasification unit are analyzed.The technical transformation of SHELL coal gasification plant in Yunnan Dawei Ammonia Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,the methods of stabilizing coal quality,judging furnace temperature,reforming burner cover and“Cross”soot blower to solve long period operation of Sheu coal gasification unit are put forward.
