我国互联网电商平台假冒专利线索与对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国互联网电商平台快速发展,为经济高质量发展提供了重要力量,但电商平台相关假冒专利等知识产权保护问题也日趋严重,应当引起足够重视。本文通过聚焦爬虫等技术从国内有代表性的电商平台上获取有关专利信息,并利用商业化专利检索工具进行分析比对,分别从申请趋势、区域分布、商品类型、假冒专利线索种类等角度进行梳理分析。同时,也根据分析结果对防范电商平台假冒专利行为及规范使用知识产权信息等提出相关对策建议。In recent years,China’s internet E-commerce platforms have developed rapidly,providing an important force for high-quality economic development.However,the protection of intellectual property rights such as counterfeit patents related to E-commerce platforms has become increasingly serious,and should be given sufficient attention.This paper obtains relevant patent information from domestic E-commerce platform by focusing on crawler and other technologies,and makes analysis and comparison by using commercial patent retrieval tools,from the perspective of application trend,regional distribution,commodity type,types of counterfeit patent clues,etc.,according to the analysis results,puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent the counterfeit patent behavior of E-commerce platform and how to standardize the use of intellectual property information.
