风险内化与“抱憾”情感:西部城郊失地青年就业转型的社会学分析

摘　　要：本文通过运用“脱嵌—再嵌入”的个体化理论框架,阐释城市化背景下西部城郊失地青年在就业转型过程中的风险内化问题。研究发现,失地青年在求职就业过程中表现出“抱憾”的情感特征,其实质是城市化风险内化于心而形成的矛盾的情感结构。“抱憾”由两种机制演化而成,一种是“再嵌入”就业市场时受制于教育水平和社会资源而产生的“无奈”,另一种是从土地和家庭等传统力量“不彻底脱嵌”时引发的“留恋”。在“抱憾”情感驱使下,失地青年在传统与现代夹击下呈现“求稳者”的主体定位。研究认为应建立健全城乡统一的劳动力市场,创造公平公正的就业环境,促进人力资本的有效流动。By adopting the framework of"dis-embeddedness to re-embeddedness"from individualization theory,this paper addresses the issues of risk internalization during the process of employment transformation of land-lost youths in Western suburban areas against the background of urbanization.The study finds that land-lost youths show the emotion of"regret"in the process of job search and employment,which is resulted from the contradictory structure formed by the internalization of risks brought about by urbanization.The emotion of regret is generated by two forces.On the one hand,the"helplessness"brought about by the level of education and social resources when"re-embedded"in the job market,and on the other hand,there is"attachment"that is incompletely"embedded"in the traditional forces of land and intergenerational interactions within family members.Under the impact of"regrets",land-lost youths tend to be conservative for seeking employment.The paper suggests that by establishing a sound labor market,we should continue to provide fair employment opportunities for land-lost youths,ensure their basic rights and equal opportunities,and promote the effective flow of human capital.
