摘　　要：提升儿童的政治社会化水平是落实儿童福利政策、构建儿童友好型社会的重要组成部分。现有研究强调了参与方法对于提升儿童政治社会化水平的重要价值,但其实践方法还有待深入挖掘。S市H社区探索了一个创新的儿童政治化水平提升路径,通过搭建儿童议事会,鼓励儿童参与社区事务,实现保障儿童权利、促进儿童公民教育、构建儿童友好型社会等多重目标。在提升政治社会化水平方面,儿童参与塑造了儿童的民主认知,提升了儿童的社会交往能力,并能够引导儿童自主参与社区公共事务。不过从局限角度看,这种模式仍然存在对儿童参与结果落实不够、家庭社区联动性不强以及前期培训工作不足等困局,这些问题不仅影响了协商的质量,也构成了儿童政治社会化提升的梗阻。为了切实优化通过参与提升儿童政治社会化水平的举措,基层社区应完善儿童参与的平台和机制,保障儿童参与的效能感。Improving children's political socialization is a vital part of implementing the child welfare policy and building the child-friendly society.Existing studies mainly focus on the value of participatory methods for improving political socialization.However,relevant practical methods ought to be discussed.H community of S city has explored an innovative practice for improving children's political socialization,which is to encourage children to participate in community deliberation by a designated child deliberative council.This practice can guarantee children's rights,promote children's education and construct the child-friendly society.The case revealed that children's participation shapes their cognition of democracy,improves their social abilities,and leads them to participate in community affairs autonomously.This case has its limits as well.For instances,this pattern shows that the council failed to implement the deliberative result,and the family and the community failed to form an entire educational process.At the same time,children's training should be enhanced.Therefore,the community should optimize the platform and mechanism of children's participation based on community's function as an important medium of political socialization.The goal is to improve children's development by children's political socialization.
