摘 要:珠宝相关专业的生产实习是让学生深入了解珠宝行业前沿的主要手段,为其后续深造学习或进入行业打下坚实基础。通过分析该生产实习过程中存在的主要问题,根据学校的专业特点和教学目标,从生产实习基地建设的角度梳理并整合教学内容,形成一个“以一托三,三位一体”的实习教学体系。采用多元的考核方案、外聘教师的提前介入、带队教师的素质提升,为实习教学体系提供有力的支持。结果表明该体系的实施很大程度地提高了生产实习的质量,值得借鉴。Production practice can help students of Jewelry major to gain an in-depth understanding of the forefront of the jewelry industry and lay a solid foundation for their subsequent further study or entry into the jewelry business.By analyzing the most important problems in the process of production practice,according to the major characteristics and teaching objectives in the school,the teaching content is sorted out and integrated from the perspective of the construction of production practice bases.The result is an “One supports three,three serve as one” practice teaching system.Meanwhile,the multiple assessment methods,early participation of external teachers,improvement of the quality of the leading teachers,all of them can help to effectively support the production practice.The production practice teaching system has showed that it could achieve a great improvement of the training quality,and it is worth reference.
