摘  要:一流课程建设的核心是完成高水平的育人能力和内涵式的育人机制建设,紧密围绕高阶性、创新性、挑战度的目标开展,全面培养学生学科思维融合、专业能力应用、科学项目实践的能力。为此,对标一流课程建设目标,对“生化分离分析技术与原理”课程进行了建设和探索,结合一流课程建设的背景,对课程特点及教学中存在的问题展开分析,创建新的课程体系、优化课程内容,依据课程特性,突出高阶性、创新性、挑战度,采用线上线下混合式及“走出去”和“请进来”的教学模式,构建多元化考核方式和创新性课堂评价体系,推动教学改革更上一层楼。The core of first-class course construction is to construct high-level education ability and intensive education system,which are carried out around high-level,innovation and challenges,and comprehensively train students' ability of disciplinary integration thinking,professional application,and practice of scientific projects.Hence the “principles and applications of biochemical separation and analysis” course is constructed under firstclass courses guidance.Combined with the background of the first-class course construction,the course features and existed problems during teaching of “principles and applications of biochemical separation and analysis” have been also analyzed to create and optimize new curriculum system and content,highlight the features of high-level,innovation and challenges,adopt mix mode of online and offline,and teaching mode of “bringing in” and “going out”,construct diversified assessment and innovative evaluation system,and promote teaching reform to a higher level.
