建筑企业参与城市碳中和的绿色创新行为模式——基于中国情景下的资源编排理论研究

摘　　要：基于探索式单案例研究方法,从行为主体和微观路径两个层面改进并形成了中国情景下的资源编排理论,以此为框架探析了我国建筑企业参与城市碳中和进程的绿色创新行为模式。研究结果表明:建筑企业参与城市碳中和的绿色创新行为经历了“弱交集-轻互动-强合作”三种模式九种机制的变迁,并存在着“触发因素-驱动因素-创新机制”的行为逻辑。在资源构建阶段下“弱交集”模式里,城市碳中和进程主要关注外部环境构建,企业绿色创新行为则主要进行内部价值蓄力,二者之间的直接互动微弱;在资源捆绑阶段下“轻互动”模式里,随着企业逐步将内外资源深度融合形成创新能力,城市碳中和进程出现政企同向推进的合力,二者之间的互动逐步加强;在资源撬动阶段下“强合作”模式里,城市政府通过多种途径促进企业的绿色创新成果扩散,企业以绿色创新产品推动城市碳中和进程,二者出现了内生力推动的自循环。The resource orchestration theory in the Chinese scenario was refined and created from behavioral subjects and micro-paths through exploratory single-case methodology.Based on this,an analysis of Chinese construction enterprises'green innovation behavior model in the process of achieving urban carbon neutrality was done.The findings of the study demonstrate changes in three modes of"weak intersection-light interaction-strong cooperation"and nine mechanisms of"trigger factor-driving factor-innovation mechanism"in the green innovation behavioral logic.In the"weak intersection"model at the resource construction stage,the process of urban carbon neutrality mainly involves the construction of the external environment,while the green innovation behavior of enterprises primarily enhances the accumulation of internal value.The two have a weak direct interaction;In the"light interaction"mode at the resource bundling stage,as enterprises gradually integrate internal and external resources to form innovation capabilities,the process of urban carbon neutrality has emerged as a joint force of government and enterprises to move forward in the same direction,and the two have a gradually strengthening interaction;In the"strong cooperation"model at the resource leveraging stage,businesses use green innovation goods to support the process of urban carbon neutralization,while the city government uses a variety of strategies to encourage the diffusion of green innovation behaviors among businesses.There is an internal power-driven self-circulation.Theoretically,it expands the connotation and extension of the resource orchestration theory according to the Chinese scenario,and enriches the research in the field of green innovation;Practically,it provides useful enlightenment for the policy behavior of the government and the green innovation of enterprises in the process of urban carbon neutrality.
