摘　　要：为更好地将再生性能特点与机电一体化技术运用在破碎筛分设备中,结合实际运用展开研究与分析,基于此,针对RAP再生回收利用技术展开概述,进而针对RAP破碎筛分系统各部分的实际运用展开研究,包括双辊式二级破碎机、冷料仓、皮带输送机、高频振动筛以及电气控制系统,达到了提高破碎筛分设备实际运作效率的目的。In order to better use the regeneration performance characteristics and mechatronics technology in crushing and screening equipment,This paper will need to research and analysis on practical application,based on this,in the article in view of the RAP regeneration recycling technology overview,then RAP crushing screening system study of practical application,and the parts including the secondary crusher,double roll type cold bin high frequency vibrating screen,belt conveyor,and electric control system,Achieve the purpose of improving the actual operation efficiency of crushing and screening equipment.
