孕早期与孕中期产前超声诊断羊膜带序列征

摘　　要：目的总结羊膜带序列征的产前超声声像图特征。方法收集孕早期与孕中期产前超声检查诊断羊膜带序列征共15例,总结分析其超声声像图特征。结果羊膜带序列征超声声像图特征表现为14例(93%)羊膜带,12例(80%)累及胎儿肢体;5例(33%)伴有颅脑异常,2例(13%)伴有唇(腭)裂,5例(33%)伴有腹壁裂,6例(40%)伴有脊柱侧凸;4例(27%)存在脐带异常。结论孕早期与孕中期产前超声检查中羊膜带,以及累及胎儿肢体、躯干的异常可提示羊膜带序列征。Objective To summarize the prenatal sonographic features of amniotic band sequence.Methods We collected 15 cases of amniotic band sequence diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.Their sonographic characteristics were summarized.Results The ultrasonographic features of amniotic band sequence showed amniotic band in 14 cases(93%)and fetal limbs abnormalities in 12 cases(80%);craniocerebral abnormalities in 5 cases(33%),cleft lip(palate)in 2 cases(13%),abdominal fissure in 5 cases(33%),scoliosis in 6 cases(40%),and umbilical cord abnormality in 4 cases(27%).Conclusions The ultrasonographic features of amniotic band and abnormalities involving fetal limbs or trunk can suggest the amniotic band sequence during early and middle pregnancy.
