摘 要:煮糖结晶工序是制糖工业生产的关键环节,而煮糖结晶过程的连续化操作是其未来的主要发展方向。从连续化结晶技术出发,介绍了连续化结晶技术在糖厂煮糖中的发展历程,对连续化煮糖结晶技术进行了分类,阐述了各自的技术特点。分析和探讨了连续化煮糖结晶技术在工艺操作和装置结构中的技术要点,以及在实际应用中的优势和存在的问题,指出了连续化煮糖结晶技术亟待解决的技术难题和发展瓶颈以及未来的发展方向。充分肯定了连续化煮糖结晶技术在提升生产效率、减轻劳动强度、节能降耗和安全环保方面的优势,对其未来的应用前景进行了展望。Boiling sugar crystallization is the key link of sugar industry,and the continuous boiling sugar crystallization is the main development direction in the future.Based on the continuous crystallization technology,introduces the development of continuous crystallization technology in boiling sugar factory and classifies the technology of continuous boiling sugar crystallization and expounds their technical characteristics.In addition,analyzes and discusses the main technical points of continuous boiling sugar crystallization technology in the field of process operation and device structure,as well as its advantages and problems in practical application,the technical problems and development bottleneck of continuous boiling sugar crystallization technology are pointed out,and the development direction in the future is also pointed out.The advantages of continuous boiling sugar crystallization technology in improving production efficiency,reducing labor intensity,saving energy and reducing consumption,safety and environmental protection were fully affirmed.
