摘 要:以陕西某银铅矿为研究对象,针对该矿铜铅混合浮选精矿再分离做了大量试验工作,找出了铜铅分离的药剂方案,并成功应用于生产中,取得了铜精矿品位19.61%,铜回收率83.11%;铅精矿品位52.49%,铅回收率87.42%;铜精矿和铅精矿银总回收率达到91.99%较为理想的生产指标。在此基础上用高效环保药剂替代有毒药剂,获得了接近于有环境污染压力药剂的生产指标,为该矿持续稳健生产奠定了基础。Taking a silver-lead mine in Shaanxi province as the research object,a lot of experimental work was done for the reseparation of copper-lead mixed flotation concentrate.The reagent scheme of copper-lead separation was found out and successfully applied in production.The grade of copper concentrate was 19.61%,and the copper recovery rate was 83.11%.Lead concentrate grade 52.49%,lead recovery 87.42%;The total recovery rate of silver in copper concentrate and lead concentrate reached 91.99%.On this basis,the production index of toxic agents was replaced by highly efficient environmental protection agents,and the production index of chemicals with environmental pollution pressure was obtained,which laid the foundation for the sustainable and stable production of the mine.
