摘　　要：介绍了基于频移测量多普勒超声流量计的工作原理,现场流量计的安装步骤及安装位置、前后直管段要求、布置角度、规避振动泵和阀门影响的方法,并针对流量计的系统设置、测量参数、权限配置和设备操作做了详细说明,阐述了不同管道材质的声速和介质粘度对多普勒流量测量的影响。多普勒超声波流量计可用于检测多相流介质,适用于城市排水、工业废水、生活污水、泥浆、纸浆、油水混合液等流量计量,弥补常规流量计无法测量的不足。This paper introduces the working principle of Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter based on frequency shift measurement,the installation steps and installation position of the field flowmeter,the requirements of front and rear straight pipe section,the arrangement Angle,the method of avoiding the influence of vibration pump and valve.The system setting,measuring parameters,permission configuration and equipment operation of the flowmeter are described in detail.The influence of sound velocity and medium viscosity of different pipe materials on Doppler flow measurement is described.Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter can be used to detect multiphase flow media,suitable for urban drainage,industrial wastewater,domestic sewage,mud,pulp,oil-water mixture flow measurement,make up for the conventional flowmeter can not be measured.
